Charming historic environment, beautifully maintained porches, welcoming attention to guest comfort
The parking situation can get chaotic, especially during busy periods!!! Rooms could use a size upgrade for comfort, minor maintenance repairs on some fixtures should be prioritized!!!

Loved the peaceful location and comfy king room! Breakfast was a scrumptious treat, especially with the added bonus of all-day coffee and snacks. The rocking chairs and balcony swing were just delightful for chilling out!
But my poor husband got jostled awake due to a lumpy mattress. Let's just say it was like sleeping on a trampoline!

Had a lovely stay with delicious homemade breakfasts and a cozy room that made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed relaxing on the veranda with stunning views and the charming atmosphere around every corner. One downside was the lack of heavy drapes, letting in some night light, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 😊

charming atmosphere but some details could improve
The location was excellent, offering a quiet retreat while being close to the action. I appreciated the tasty breakfast options, particularly the baked eggs benedict. The comfortable swing on the balcony provided a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
The only downside was the occasional noise from the nearby street during late hours.
